This year I thought it would be fun to make a gingerbread house with John, so I picked up a kit one day. I knew I would never have time to make one from scratch, but I didn't realize I bought one that already had the walls all set up. It worked out kind of nice though because John was really excited to decorate the house.
John was too busy icing to look up but at least he smiled for me!
Nathan made his contribution by playing with spoons and cookie cutters. Next year I think he will play a more active role.
John had fun putting some of the candy on the house . . .but I think he had more fun sneaking as much as possible into his mouth!
