At 15 months the time had come for John's first haircut. Actually it should have probably been done weeks before! We went to Kid's Hair where they have plenty to distract their young patrons: toys, suckers, movies playing and just lots of activity. The woman that cut John's hair was very experienced with young kids so the hair cut took about 5 minutes and John never knew what hit him.
